What is Padel?

Padel is a fast-growing racquet sport that blends elements of tennis and squash into one exciting and accessible game. Played in doubles on an enclosed glass court about one-third the size of a tennis court, padel uses solid paddles and depressurized tennis balls. Most new players understand the basics within their first 30 minutes on court and can enjoy real rallies almost immediately.

Unlike tennis, padel is not dominated by power or an overpowering serve. The game rewards smart positioning, consistency, and strategy. Because strength is less of a factor, padel creates an environment where men, women, and youth can compete together on equal footing.
